Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that originated in Japan. During a Reiki session, the client remains fully clothed and can either sit or lie down in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body, allowing energy to flow where it is most needed.
